I requested a 1900 withdrawal, which was approved on 27 April 2016. Nothing to date except their games and delay tactics. My favorite your request has been escalated, what ever that means.

I'm so sorry for the delays and I absolutely understand your frustration with this.

I've checked your account and I do see that your payment has been sent off. I would expect to see the tracking in the next day or so (generally payments are delivered the day after I receive tracking).

Great news, I received a check for my winnings from Royal Ace and the check cleared, so I'm very happy. Thank you ASKGAMBLERS you came through, I wish it wouldn't have had to come to that, but I'm a "half full glass" kind of guy, so thank you Royal Ace Casino, you made it right and that's what counts..
