I was playing blackjack on royal ace casino and had $649. I placed a bet for $25 on the next hand and lost. Magically my account dropped down to $100 and then the next hand all my money was gone. I don't know what kind of casino your company runs, but doesn't seem legal to steal people's money. Yet they seem to have no problem taking my money. So basically they stole $624 from me.
Beside the explanation above, player redeemed multiple free chips in a row which as per casino rules is not allowed! Complaint solved!
Dear Customer
One of the condition on the COUPON (87OCTANE) you played has a max pay out of $100; so when reversing the coupon to real money the system automatically adjusted the amount to $100. That balance of $100 was lost in subsequent play.
Furthermore the casino advised me that yesterday after this happened you took multiple free coupons and played without making a deposit and casino has excluded your account for redeeming coupons.
