Hello I was approved for verification documents in the beginning of August. Shortly after that I was told throughout the month that I should be expecting my payout to be in my bank account at first it was the 26th of August then on the 31st of August I was told that it was finally sent to my bank I talked to my bank a week later and asked if they seen any transactions coming through and they told me there's nothing showing up and that it only takes 4 hours to hit my account after the transfer is sent out. So I waited a little longer have royal ace a timely manner and followed their guidelines and still haven't received my payout for $2500 but yet they told me it was sent to a third party provider. I usually don't complain but this is ridiculous I got rent coming up I got phone bills etc... All within the rest of this month.

Hi Joseph--

I sincerely apologize for the delays with this.

Your payment was sent off to our processor a while back: 8/31 Paid $2383 + $20 service fee for transaction #66307557. I do not see a confirmation from our processor that this wire was completed, so I've gone ahead and sent a query off to see what happened with this. As it is the weekend, I don't expect to have a reply until Monday, but as soon as I have an answer, I'll make sure to come back to fill you in on this.

Also, I see that we have two withdrawals scheduled to be sent to our processor, Monday--once I have the transaction details for this, I'll update you.

Okay so now it's Monday which would be the 15th business day that I've been waiting for this withdraw and still haven't seen anything. So can I get a legit answer as to what's going on.

Hi Joey--

You'll be pleased to know that your first payment was sent to our processor, Tuesday: 9/22 Paid AUD $5000 + no Service Fee for transactions 61701075 ($2,500.00), 61701074 ($2,500.00). Our processor confirmed the wire was completed on the 23rd, so I would expect the funds have reached your account by now.

Your last withdrawal is scheduled to be sent to our processor, tomorrow (Monday). Once I have the transaction details, I'll be back with another update.

Hello tawni I believe there is a mixup my name is Joseph not joey you said it was paid AUD well let me tell you it should of been paid USD cause my bank account is in Grand Junction Colorado United States of America. So I'm a little confused as to why it was paid AUD also there is still nothing in my bank account.
