Refund/withdrawal declined
I opened an account with Kaboo, not knowing they were related to thrills. Most Casinos chuck you our within minutes of you are signing up to a sister site by accident, but no problem with Kaboo so I carried on depositing to the tune of over £1000 over the space of a few weeks. The last deposits being £100, after playing a while I then decided to withdraw £93 back to break even for that day after realising I was not onto a good thing. I then go to log back in and it says account closed. I ask why and they say due to my SE on thrills - fine but this was months ago and why have they been letting me deposit when they had no intention of ever letting me withdraw funds - it amounts to theft! I did have a gambling problem and have no problem with being SE from thrills. have asked for the case to be reviewed as I had a similar experience with anither casino family who gave me a full refund of all my deposits, no problem. I keep Emailing and asking when this will be resolved but feel
I am being ignored. Reading other cases the Kaboo rep says they have to refund under the terms of their licence so I want to know why it's taking so long - I expect because they don't want to part with my money :(
