Refund processed twice but declined and still not received

I registered at this casino before reading the reviews and complaints made by other players. They all seem seem to be having the issue of not receiving their funds. I am having the same issue.

My vip manager offered me a deposit bonus for my deposit and I won some money after completely wagering the bonus amount. Amounted contesting - 2292 euro

I tried to request my withdrawal on July 19th, but I noticed it was the wrong btc address they listed, so I contacted them and let them know to change my btc address, they said it was "fine", and to request the withdrawal anyways and let them know regarding the right btc address. Okay so I did this.

A few days later my VIP manager credits me a free 50$ chip, and offers me another deposit bonus. I told him I should wait for my withdrawal to come in before I make a another deposit. His response was not to worry about it and that my withdrawal will be processed soon and will receive the funds soon.

During the last three days, I have contacted the VIP manager , their customer support, and the accounting/payments team ! Guess what , I haven't received any emails from their department.

We are at another week now, my pending withdrawal has not left the "pending" stage. After coming to askgamblers to read reviews, I noticed I am being played just like other players who posted about not receiving their payment.

Askgamblers can you help ?

On 29 June I requested a withdrawal and the amount was deducted from my balance. Since then I have contacted them through live chat and asked about the progress and was told they are updating their payment procedures and I should contact their payment section direct and they would do a manual payment. I emailed them but did not hear back. I contacted my VIP host who said he would sort it out. Again after not hearing anything for a while I contacted him again and he got back to me to say that he had escalated my request and not to worry someone would contact me soon. Still nothing happened. I logged into my account again today to find my withdrawal was back in my balance. Their delay tactics are unbelievable and beyond belief. I have once again emailed my VIP host, the payments section and support team. Waiting to see if I hear from anyone at all.

I have been waiting for around a month now and received the same response every day about third party provider issues, I have a fully verified account and have received a withdrawal form this site before, I believe they are trying to get people to cancel there winnings and play the rest of the balance.

I also see the complaints list is growing and I am starting receive less and less correspondence via email. I am only waiting for $700

Been waiting since the 1st June 2021 for my withdrawl of $290.

I’ve chatted and emailed the casino but can get no straight answers.

It used to take 2 weeks to have a withdrawal processed but now it’s ridiculous. I have money in my account but don’t want to make another withdrawal as it may take longer to get paid then right now.

I've been waiting for almost a month now to have my withdrawal approved, they just keep telling me the same story every time "payment will be approved soon, or problems with payment provider". The payment is only for about 200 dollars, so its not like a big jackpot or anything. It just doesn't feel right. Unfortunate, cause they do have a nice amount of casino games.

Hi, I have had a few withdrawals in the past from here but they have progressively gotten slower and slower up until these last 2 I am disputing.

First one is is for AUD $1902.55 and requested 29/5/21

Despite that one being delayed 2 weeks at that point I made some more deposits in between and managed to also request a second one for AUD $2370.75 on 15/6/21.

I have provided further documentation as requested for 2 more of my cards which I used and when asking the payments team what the hold up is have had it blamed on 3rd party payment processor.

Have previously lost much bigger balances due to their stalls and delays so they are probably expecting me to reverse and lose it which I do not plan to do.

I requested a payment of $2,500 (the most allowed per week) well over a month ago from them and the payment is still showing as pending, they did not answer email regarding the payment and their own site says 3 days for payment! How can they do this?

I saw other complaints on here with the same problem, surely this should reflect on their review? You can't just not pay your players! I would like the full amount ($4,996) paid ASAP since the "WEEKLY LIMIT" is $2500 and they have taken over 5 weeks now, I would also like to see their review on this site updated to reflect incredibly long payment times and very low payment limits as a result. Disgraceful behaviour!

I am fully verified at the casino and cleared the standard bonus requirements.

Pokie place Casino will not payout my winnings of $2500, it has been pending withdrawal since the 18th May 2021.

On many occasions I have tried to get them to tell me what is happening and they simply say payouts are working on it, it will be processed soon, or third party payout issue.

They then gave me a date of paying it the 8th of June but they didn't pay it.

My account was fully verified and the funds are clear of any playthrough bonus. I desperately need the money please help me.

Like an earlier complaint that took over 4 weeks to receive, my latest withdrawal 27th May 21 is delayed. While receiving the withdrawal release email from Pokie place. They made it clear that they have managed to release the funds that took 4 weeks to do ( thankyou AskGamblers for helping in this) and expressed saying that the delay in processing is still ongoing.

It's so unfair as they are providing a service to which they don't uphold their own terms and conditions.

All we ask is withdrawals be processed and paid within your time frames as per the gaming site.

Regards
