I'm putting this here in hopes somebody sees it and can get back to me sooner because emails take away too long. I had a Redemption I canceled it so I could keep some money to play it was at 3100. Well I put $2,500 back in for Redemption and my $600 is gone I have a zero balance. Now I was on a mission in the race and now I did all that for nothing because my money disappeared. So hopefully somebody from that casino will see this and get back to me ASAP I don't want to wait five days for $600 that should be in my account. The other day as well I bought coins during the happy hour I did not get the extra coins three times. I sent email with screenshots. Never heard a word. So I'm hoping this is a little quicker than the emails. Thank you. I don't have a file to send because all it says is zero balance I didn't know it was going to steal my money to take one beforehand but your computer should tell you

Kindly be informed that, upon reviewing the communication with the customer, we can confirm that on 01/07/2024 the customer was provided with their transaction history, along with an explanation of the SC movements on their account.

As no objections were raised, we consider the issue to be resolved from our side.
