WOW Vegas Casino - Disappearing funds

I'm putting this here in hopes somebody sees it and can get back to me sooner because emails take away too long. I had a Redemption I canceled it so I could keep some money to play it was at 3100. Well I put $2,500 back in for Redemption and my $600 is gone I have a zero balance. Now I was on a mission in the race and now I did all that for nothing because my money disappeared. So hopefully somebody from that casino will see this and get back to me ASAP I don't want to wait five days for $600 that should be in my account. The other day as well I bought coins during the happy hour I did not get the extra coins three times. I sent email with screenshots. Never heard a word. So I'm hoping this is a little quicker than the emails. Thank you.
