Royal Ace Casino - Payment delays and no answers

Let me start off by saying I am a VIP at Royal Ace and I really like playing at this casino. I had smooth payouts previously but now they seem to be delaying payments. Most people in the withdrawal department say when asked when my payment will be processed "we just don't know". I also had a representative tell me that "other players needed to be paid first". Frankly, none of these responses have sufficient and lead to any kind of resolution.

Payouts as follows:
Approved on 3/30: $450
Delayed approval until 4/11: $891
Requested 2500$ withdrawal, it was split and half (after bonus removed) was approved on 4/14: $1,170
The other half ($1,170) is still sitting in my pending cashouts and has not been approved, also the date has been reset to 4/14.
Total: $3,681

I really did not want to file this complaint, but the answers I have been given to why my first withdrawal still has not been sent have not been sufficient. I have deposited around $2000+ at Royal Ace and I really expect to be paid in a timely manner seeing as I spend a lot of money there.

First, I'd like to apologize for the delays you've experienced. I'm in the mix now, so things should go smoothly from here. ;-)

Your first payment has been sent off and I would expect to see tracking tomorrow (Friday) or Monday of next week.

The following three payments will be sent over the next three weeks--one each week, until all payments have been received.

I'll continue to watch this and update as needed.

I'm sorry for the delay getting back to you, but I believe you'll be quite happy with my good news.

Your tracking rolled across my desk late this afternoon and I can see that your payment will be arriving tomorrow (Wednesday). The big surprise in all this is that the total balance owed is what you'll be receiving. :-)

Again, I'm terribly sorry for the frustration with all this.
