Non payment of winnings from Grand Parker Casino

I have been trying to withdraw my winnings from Grand Parker casino for over 6 months (USD726) and I keep receiving the same email with the excuse that 'Your account was randomly chosen for a security check and you will be notified by email once your account review is over'. I have waited for over 90 days and never received email notification. Everytime I try to withdraw I keep receiving the same email.
I had played on this casino in various occasions in the past and have actually managed to withdraw funds in other instances were I was lucky to win, but recently in my last 3 attempts since June, I've been receiving the same excuse. I accepted this on the first occasion since I believed the security measures mentioned were real; however after 4 months I find it extremely unlikely that every time I need to withdraw funds I get declined for the same reason, ie, 'chosen randomly for a security check'.

I sent an official email complaint to their customer support department and various follow up emails but never received a reply. I also contacted their 24/7 support chat and she just referred me to contact support by email.

It's really useless!!
