Royal Ace Casino - Non payment of valid withdrawal

I submitted withdrawal request on 3/15. Typical run around about authorization paperwork (submitted multiple times). Withdrawal formally approved on 3/25. Never received any communication from Royal Ace. Only communication when I initiated. Now getting the run around about "our processor." They have exceeded all of the "withdrawal timelines on the Royal Ace website. I have called/ IM/ email.

Your payment has been sent off and earlier today, I received the tracking on it. From the tracking, I can see that your payment will be delivered to you tomorrow morning (Friday).
