I have been playing at cleos vip room for about 6 months now. I recently requested a cash out of 2000 dollars on 8/26/2013. They confirmed via email that they received all the proper documentation. It has been a month now and still no ck. I have been in contact with live support many times. Every conversation has resulted in "please be patient we are having problems with our payment processor". "nest week" or "soon" you will get your payment. I am getting very leary about what will happen, if anything, next. Anyone else have this problem recently? I dont know what i should do next. Customer support is friendly and all but I think they are just brushing me off until the next time. Help!
