N1 Casino - Bonus winnings removed due to "duplicate accounts"

So after a long talk with the live support at N1 casino i found out that according to them i there has been a breach to their rule "Only one account can be created per person, device, IP address, home address, payment system.". Apparently it has to do with the IP-adress according to them. I find this hugely surprising, since i have a private network that only i use, and i am 100% sure i DO NOT have another account on their site. I made the account there last night 22.00 and took the bonus 22.05. I then was finished soon there after so i have had my account active there for less than 24 hours. I have only used my own personal network under that time. I'm not sure what kind of proof you want me to bring to the table but i can attach some files that proves i am who i say i am.
