I am trying to withdraw, the site wont allow me to select any option but bank transfer, and each time it gets declined, support says I must withdraw using the same method I deposited, however the withdraw function does not give me any such option, sent videos and screen shots and they refuse todo anything about, seems like a nice way to stop users from withdrawing.

As far as I can see in the account there was a delay in approving the account for ID checks. At the moment I don't see any money left in the account.
There was a withdrawal and it has been approved. The account was released for payment on the 15th.
So all should be solved at the moment.
