Made deposit, but the promised free spins are missing

Hi. I won 140 euros in this casino and wanted to withdraw this money. Previously, I already took off and passed the identity check. I put in €30 and played for my own money and when I got € 70 I did a withdrawel. So i have been waiting for my 200 free spins since 02/01/15 and i even had a reply @ first saying it would be a couple of days because of technical issues. they replied with this email address: [email protected].
