If u bothered to read the emails I posted I NEVER said to close my account permanently, I said close my account for a while .. Now in your terms and conditions it says I can reopen the account in 30 days if I remember correctly.
When I tried to reopen my account YOUR SUPPORT AGENT had permanently closed the account . Not my choice or my decision . Then Amber instructed me to open another account , if u need some chats provided I can do so .
The only agent that really tried to help me was Merlin , the rest said it was ok including David , he even gave me a bonus on the account . Davis knew about it day in day out . Also why didn't David tell me this when he closed my account he couldn't even give a reason .. U might want to go read through the chats or would u like me to post them on here
4 days in a row I asked to speak to the casnio manager and everyday I was told he's busy atm , he will contact you .. STILL WAITING BY THE WAY .
Your casnio breached its own terms and conditions and no one really cared or blinked and eyelid , yet you can write I breached the terms and conditions , this situation is KLAVER CASNIOS fault and no one else's .
I don't want any part of your casnio but players have a right no know wat the casnio did ,
