I am a verified player at Jackpot City and have previously withdrawn money on my account.
I recently requested to withdraw funds from JAckpot City on 17 November. On 27 November I made another separate withdrawal request. Later when I contacted live chat to see why my withdrawals were taking so long they informed me I needed to verify my Skrill account again. The official Skrill account statement I sent for verification was declined three times. I had to highlight and circle my details on the document for it to finally be approved. This took almost three weeks and were verified on 5th December 2023.
However I am still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed. I have attached screenshot of my withdrawals with dates they were requested.
Please help me, I have never had to wait so long for a casino withdrawal and am getting frustrated.
