Grande Vegas Casino - check bounced

This casino sent me a check written on a canadian bank and after arguing with my bank to accept the check it has been returned for frozen funds. I am now out the withdrawal of 219.07 and my bank has charged me a fee of $15 for the returned check. I also had to pay my bank a $5 fee just to get them to take the check in the first place. I went to chat and the person there directed me to email grande­veg­[email protected]­swi­fta­ssi­sta­nce.com which I have done twice now without receiving a response. If you can help me to get my funds I would appreciate it. And no more canadian checks. Send my money western union.

I have since heard from Ashley Casino Supervisor and if all goes according to plan I will be satisfied with the way GrandeVegas handled this. There's a promise that if I return the check Grande Vegas will send my withdrawal Western Union with no fee to me and also cover the $15 returned check fee from my bank. At this point I'm just waiting for the check from my bank to return it to Ashley. I will keep you updated as time goes on.
