Goliath Casino - Delayed withdrawal with strange explanations

I started trying to make a withdrawal from Goliathcasino around december 10. I had asked them before if they had all the needed docs and they confirmed they had everthing they needed. The next week the withdrawal was pending and I was in contacted the chat 3 times during the week asking what the problem was. No one could say anything but they assured me that they would forward the matter to the finance department and I would get an email within 24 hours. None of these 3 times I got any email and nothing happened. After about 8 days the money was back on my account and when I contacted them the answer was that this was because it had been pending too long. I was told to make a new withdrawal (having to wait another 2 days which you alwas must do before a withdrawal is handled). I did and now I have been waiting another 10 days. I have been in contact with the chat several times and I have emailed them. They just say that the withdrawal is under review and they dont have any more information. I have now been waiting for about 3 weeks without any useful information at all. What can I do? Is it possible to contact the gaminig authorities on Malta getting any help? Read that this site was best new casinosite 2018 and I find that remarkable. Hope no one have to experience the same kind of problem as I do.
