Requested £180 withdrawal, 2 weeks later still not received
I won around £250 with a new player bonus at which I was only allowed to withdraw £150 as seen on the terms and conditions. I then emailed them and they said in order to withdraw I need to deposit £30 to verify my bank account and send verification documents at which I did and withdraw the whole £180. Every time I try and contact the assistants via live chat as soon as I mention withdrawal they stop talking and won't reply to me, this has happened around 5 times now. The beginning of the conversation their very polite.. When asked what is going on with my withdrawals creates instant silence.
