Hello. I wanted to close My Account three times because i have a extreme gambling Problem. I told this to fairspin but they opened My Account again so I have lost all My Money. I wrote a Email to fairspin but they will not help me.

If you suffer from gambling addiction, the account should be closed immediately and not after 24 hours. I couldn't read this procedure anywhere in their conditions. If I had known that I could play again after 24 hours of blocking I would never have registered with fairspin.

Fairspin took advantage of my gambling addiction and this is not respectable. I want the money back that I lost after my first wish to close My Account.

The time periods that We offer are 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year or for an indefinite period of time. Should You wish to close Your Member Account for another time period You can always contact our customer support who will be happy to help you with this request.

Note:In order to successfully accomplish a blocking procedure, all of our players need to follow the rules. Meaning, that if blocking requested is not confirmed within the 24hrs after initial request, the account will be automatically unblocked

According to our data the user have not made such confirmation and as a result account was unblocked of which user had been warned beforehand

Dear all,

We regret to inform you that following the submitter's confirmation that the issue, subject to this dispute, has already been raised with the relevant regulatory body and, taking into account the fact that the parties did not reach a mutual agreement of settling the dispute, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other option but to close this complaint as unresolved. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.
