They have not paid me. I have verified and attempted to cash out and they have not paid for 2 months now. I asked live chat why they didn't pay yet and they gave me no reason and only said they would message someone to "speed up the process" for me. No way the cashout process must take 2 months. I want them to pay soon.

There are few reasons that decelerate the withdrawal process in your account:
- Documents and account have been fully verified on the 15th of January
- Please note that in case of bonuses cash back on deposit losses, the max we pay is x10 the original deposit. Your withdrawals requests have been rolled back few times for incorrect amount. The final and correct payout has been requested on the 16th of January.
We confirm that your withdrawal will be paid on Monday 19th of January.
