Does not pay and tell me only lies


What a joke! Requested first withdrawal in December 2016. Filled in wire details as requested to ve able to make withdrawal.I contacted support to find out what documents they would need ( i knew i would need to send some in) was told id need to fill a form in. Couldn't find the form and help basically said tough and ended chat! I eventually found it and sent in forms. Heard nothing back. Mid Jan i contacted support and got told they had not recieved documents. Livid! I re sent them and waited on support or confirmation they had been received and processed. Great! Well a week later still no payment, so back onto support for them to tell me payment details had not been received. Angry beyond words i sent them again ( cant understand how when i filled it all in on request for withdrawal?) Anyway. Spoke to a supervisor who told me she would escalate it. Heard nothing from finance to tell me if payment details have been received so i email them again and again and again, no reply! Supervisor promises me i will receive payment within 7-10 days Max. Back to support everyday this week. I've been told it has been/has not been escalated 5 times ( still no idea if it has or has not been escalated) been told no one can help and chat abruptly ended- Maya is worse!! Refuse to put me through to a supervisor. Now im been told 7-10 days will start once finance has confirmed that details have been received but no one can check with finance so i just have to wait. How long? Who knows. Whenever finance decide to update my file! I have been told I've slipped through the net, they have moved premises, they have increased payout requests, u name it I've heard it! Not sure how that helps me ruby?! Chat refuse to help and are the worst help team i have ever encountered! Daniel is fab and tries his best to help but he's the only good one! They literally say i have told u to wait goodbye and end chat! Before ruby tell me im wrong they need to look through my chats! Worst site EVER! Will be closing account once payment has eventually been received which to be fair could be another 6 months based on reviews i have read since. Ruby will not get another penny from me!

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
