Hi, I need your help in my payments of $ 197 The first payment was requested at the end of July, I patiently waited, but more than two months have passed and I have not received any I will send a message to the casino payments paymen­[email protected]­cas­ino­sup­por­tce­nte­ address, but I have not received a single reply. Very bad attitude to the players, help me get my money. The documents have been sent, it seems to me that the casino intentionally delays payments or does not intend to pay.

I'm very sorry for the delays you've been experiencing with this.

The only thing holding up payment on this account (along with the other payments with two other casinos) is that we don't have your preferred method of payment on hand. I see our Payments Manager has already sent you an email regarding this. As soon as we have your reply, I'll be able to make sure your payments are sent off, straight away.
