Declined payment of winnings after unjustified accusation of terms' violation

I am writing to express my disappointment about casino evolution.i signed up at 19/12/2014 and won 13,023 Bitcoins after playing video slots and roulette.i asked my withdrawal and the casino paid 3 Bitcoins to my account.i asked my next withdrawal which was not paid by the casino.i contacted them but i did not received any answer from them for some days.Finally they replied to my e-mail stating that my cash out request will not be approved and that they confiscate the rest of my winnings.they removed all the balance of my account but they did not deactivated my account and all this with the excuse that they determined that i used abusive betting patterns that are used in commercial betting styles and that i violated the (sec14.) of the terms.I never violated any of their term and condition and i e-mailed them asking to explain me about the betting patters they mention that i can not understand and to ask them provide detailed proofs and evidence where and how i violated the sec14. of the terms they mention but i never received any answer unfortunately.They do not want to pay my winnings that is the reason they state that i violated a term using a very general excuse without even providing any proof for their decision. A totally unfair and disappointing behavior to treat the players from the casino. i am waiting for their answer and i ask them to provide full details and proofs.
