Casino X - Declined cashout for 1700$ without valid reason

15-16 october - first cashouts to Qiwi USD.
18 oct - got letter that i have to make a new cashouts, because they had technical problems.
Made new cashout requests.
20 oct - no cashout, support answered that all my requests are active.
22 oct - all cashouts declined.
Online chat didnt answer for 30-40 minutes, even after i was the first there. E-mail support said, that the problem with my Qiwi USD account! No explains, no more information, nothing.
About my Qiwi USD account: fully verified, more than 1.5 years using, made deposits from Qiwi usd at 22 october without any problem, got cashout at it 17 october, had no problems with it.
Support continue saying fairy tales about "problem with your qiwi" without any additional information.

Problem solved. Support became much more faster in replies, so we found compromise
