Hey i've won 9500 euros i windrawed 2 days ago..

then yesterday 888games asked about my id picture.. that was no problem for me i've sent the picture trough the website.. and today my acount is blocked??.... how about my windrawal? this is not fair help me out. (sorry for my bad english im from holland.)
My acount is still blocked there is no more a reasont t keep the acount blocked... i did everything what they asked,, respondedon the email sended the id picture
