They simply refuse to finalize any withdraw attempt every since i joined (I'm verified & i made deposits)

At first they came up with "its a td technical problem" & after days that turned into weeks as well as hours i spent in the live chat , it finally looked like (according to them) my withdraw was a second away from being processed..
All of a sudden it was another technical issue that needs to get resolved before they will process my withdraw(...the new problem was that i added a additional currency for future fiat deposits to my account , according to them thats a "critical issue that needs to be solved)

So basically they just keep making up completely random and non logical excuses, which will also change in detail every now and then depending on the chat agent you speak to.

Its 1 month + eversince the first withdraw request.

Well , yes those withdraws got processed eversince but now there's a new "problem".

So i submitted a few withdraws yesterday and when i wanted to log in to my account to check the withdraw status , i couldn't.

The Chat support told me that they dont have any informations & i was supposed to wait for a email reply.
That email stated that my account was prominently closed because THEIR payment system seemed to have(according to them of course) a malfunction, booking every deposits twice into my account.
It was as well mentioned that this decision was made because they are sure that i recognized that mistake "and still kept playing" (...no i did not recognize the "malfunction" because the funds are displayed in MBTC what makes it hard for every crypto rookie to calculate the exact amount)

My current VIP level was quite high as well & i was a few k wager away from reaching a higher one what would have been connected to a reward.
I made 2 20-30€ deposits and cashed out around 800-900€s , it seems to me that this is the actual problem right here.


The pending withdraws have been processed even though my account was closed btw
But this kind of practice is still prettyfar from legit in my opinion
