I got a check from january last year and i put in for another and waited till 4/16 19 when they said they sent it out for payment and since then there saying dont worry any day any day every time i talk to them now they want to wire my check but now there saying they dont have my wire info its 1 story after another its now 6/4 /19 and still nothing if u need anymore info let me know please i think the withdrawal is for 1,710 plus 40 for charges please help me i sent u guys 3 times my complaint but didnt have enough info but i emailed the chat i had with them yesterday to steph let me know if i need to send it again please help im fed up thanks

Hi Richard--

I apologize for the difficulties you've been experiencing with this.

Unfortunately, we have been having serious issues with our check processor--because of this, it will be much faster if you can change your payment method to wires. You've mentioned you've already sent your wire details, however I've looked through the notes on your account and I've not been able to find anything noted.

I've just sent you an email regarding this--as soon as I receive your wire details, I'll make sure your payment is issued without delays.
