I deposited several times and they gladly took my money. Then I won. I sent in all of my documents but they kept insisting I used a credit card that does not exist! They insisted I send in a copy of said credit card along with the authorization form. I never used that credit card because I only have one credit card - they asked if it was a pre-paid card - and told me to write them a letter stating it was a pre-paid credit card and I no longer had it. That wasn't the case, but I did exactly what they asked to get my money. After I did that, they told me that without a copy of the credit card (a card I never used) they would not be able to pay me the $600 I had won! They were rude and kept hanging up on me. I would advise everyone to keep away from Club Player Casino and the other casinos they own.....and they own quite a few! They told me there was nothing I could do about it because they're in Costa Rico and I'm in the U.S.! Beware - these people are crooks! I went back into the casino and used the $600 just so they could not keep it after they refused to pay me!
