I was playing slots at the Club Player Casino and deposited $ 40.00 dollars with no attached bonus or any type of play through. My winnings total around $ 5,000.00 plus dollars.I requested $4,000.00 dollars and talked live with Tom who told me I needed to submit some paper work for approval and that he would email me the forms which he did. I filled them out and on the form it requested all the casino's that I play that Club Player is affiliated at and my username at each. I faxed the information and this was on May 31,2013. I did received a ticket number to use to follow up if I had any questions. However on June 1 2013 I find that I cannot access any of their casino's. To back up a ittle I continued to play with the remaining balance of $1,000.00 dollars plus and generated another $6,000.00 dollars in addition. Once reaching that limit I had no winning spins at all playing numerous games. Now I felt like I am being use and regulated and lost the additional $ 6,000.00 dollars with absoulutely no spins that accumulated any winnings they were continuos negative spins one after another. Every spin was a DUD. I have been in law enforcement for over 27 years and not about to be used and abused if this is not real and just a way for this company to generate money playing with peoples earnings and form of enjoyment. I expect to be treated with some respect and courtesy otherwise I will do what I have to do. To be locked out of all their casino's for heaven knows what their reason will be is rude and very unprofessional. I am hoping this is a mistake on their part. I have read some of the horror stories and find myself maybe part of this nightmare. I am hoping that I do not have to go to battle stations on this.
