i have won in the casino after depositing me a bonus the amound of 2183 euros aproximately 2 weeks a go. i knew that the maximum cashout limit after bonus is 200 euros. i cash out the 200 euros and waiting for pending period of 72 hours. after that they return my money back sending me this e-mail.

no not at all they do not reply to my e-mail and on chat window they are not telling me nothing . sometimes they not answer
