Delayed payment for 13 days


On 03.01.19 on 5:52 I withdrawed 1200 Euro from my Account. The status of this withdrawel request is still "New".
I have contaced the livechat several times and they always told me to contact [email protected].
I did this several times and I got NO response from anybody.
I contact the live chat every day and ask for my withdrawel. They only repeat one advise on and on: Contact the email adress.

I'm helpless. Please help me, AskGamblers.

Now its already 81 days. There is no open withdrawel anymore and no money on my balance.
they deleted it without any reason!!!
