Withdrawal declined with absurd reason

So i am always looking for a new casino to try out on Askgamblers. I watch the new casinos section a lot and try some on them out. If the casino has a good rating il sign up and play a bit to see if i can get any luck. This time it was Betstreak.co, nice ratings, fast withdrawals, pretty okey user reviews so i gave it a try.
After a few hours of spins i won some serious money. I deposited 10 euro's and made it 500 euro! I was pretty happy i can tell you that. So i decided to cash it out. I send them the documents needed for verification and made a withdrawal request of 500 euro via trustly.
After a day i asked the guys on live chat to see if there was any news about my withdrawal. The awnser was no, i had to wait. After a long day at work i tried my luck again on this casino. I canceld the withdrawal of 500 euro and decided to play a bit till i reached 400. So i did, i clicked a few games here and there, won a bit lost a bit.
After an hour or so i couldn't load any games anymore, they all gave an error telling me that the games i tried to play where not availeble for my country. Well that's strange, i played them a few minutes ago and there was nothing wrong. I contacted live support and they told me that it maybe was a glitch and i should check it again after an hour.
I decided that this was the right time to just withdrawal the 400 euro and wait for the verification progress to be finished.
So the next day i wanted to log in again at Betstreak.co and suprisingly, my account was blocked out, i could not login. I opend op live chat again, and they told me they didn't know what was going on and that i have to email the support team of Betstreak.co. They didn't awsner me or didn't even give a notice about why my account was blocked.
After hours of waiting i get this email from them:
Hi Sir,
According to newly released netherlands regulations regarding online gambling, our gambling license forbid us from accepting bets from Netherlands citizens. Thus we have to forfeit your winnings and refund you your initial deposit.

I think you guys will understand i feel absolutely scammed and very angry. To sum this up:
1. Askgamblers shows that the site accepts people from the Netherlands
2. When you sign up you can select the Netherlands as a country and you are welcome to gamble
3. They give you dutch deposit solutions at the bank transfer page (i could pay with my dutch online banking account ABN AMRO)
4. They accepted my dutch payment and i could play with that money i deposited
5. I could play those games for hours and days, there were no restrictions what so ever
6. AFTER i won 500 euro and did a withdrawal progress they say that dutch players are not accepted
It all feels really really really wrong here and needs to get public.
Not only i want my money back (it's 10 euro, no much but its a princible) but also think i have to right to get those winnings.
I attach some files to make it even more clear what happend here.
So the real question here is:
I won that money on the very moment the games weren't country restricted, wich means i have the right to have that money send to me. You can't just change the rules by telling me in the middle of a withdrawal that the country is blocked. Oh and by the way they dont replay about me getting my 10 euro back.
