First of all: sorry to be your first complainer at askgamblers.com

I want to withdrawal my funds but I keep getting this message:
"We were unable to withdraw funds from your account on Betmaster. Please try again or contact the support service if the problem persists."

I'm not getting a clear answer from support after asking a 1000 times. They keep saying that there is an issue with the payment system but not when or how it will be fixed.

I don't know what to do anymore.

Hi there,

Betmaster came to me with an other solution to withdrawal my money via Skrill. Although I love to withdrawal my money via their system doesn’t work at the moment.

The service is OK but I really think you guys should do something about the ‘withdrawal’ fee. I am allowed to withdrawal 4000 euro a day and do one withdrawal for free per day. Per withdrawal you pay 3% more if you do more than 1 withdrawal a day and you are only allowed to do 1000 euro Max via skrill. Can you guys do something about that because I don’t think that’s fair.

The problem is partly solved now.

I want to add something:

I was recommended to use skrill because the crypto payment system doesn’t work, now I’m suddenly only allowed to withdrawal max 2000 euro per day. Can you guys please help me out???

Guys update: I cannot withdrawal any many at all. The support says there's an error with the crypto payment system but I'm also not able to withdrawal via Skrill.

@Askgamblers I really hope you guys can help me out. I just want my money.

After asking a 1000 times to withdrawal my money I didn’t got a proper or clear answer.

Of course I lost everything even tough I asked if it was possible to withdrawal my money or to help me. This is the worst casino I ever played on.

Nobody at betmaster.io was able to help me. I played at many online casino’s and I never experienced anything like this before.

Everybody who reads this complaint:

Please think twice before you want to play at this casino. After you deposit it takes a long time to receive your funds and the way to receive your funds is terrible (errors with the payment system etc.)

They also knew what kind of player I am and they took advantage of it.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lost the validity of you claim against the operator which led to rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
