Banned account, unjustified fraud player accusations

Hello guys,

I was accused for being a fraud player.

Here are the facts.
Deposited 4 times to casino, around 600€ total.

4th time I hit 2515 € and after long wagering and playing few slots made a withdraw on 1. February.
Its been over a month, first they asked me for documents and at first everything was Ok.

Than one day I received only deposited amount without any winnings.
Winnings were taken from me.

They told me on chat that I am fraud player and thats all I could get from them.

I really do not know, what I did wrong and what kind of "fraud play" I made.

It is impossible to get any answer from them on chat or email, so I hope they will be more cooperative here on askgamblers.

Withdrawing is not possible

Hi! Would like to make a withdraw, but it isn't possible on almightyvikings. When I go to withdraw button there is an error. You see in the picture. So i send my documents for verify to the support and to cashier@almightyvikings. This was two weeks ago but I didn't receive an answer. Why I can't make withdrawals. So I send ca. 7-8 e-Mails about the problem but I didin't receive one answer. I try to reach live support but live support I didn't receive an answer too. I send an alternative e-Mail Adress and my phone number but I didn't receive an answer. What can I do to receive my money. There is no support.

Payment Delayed For 2 Months

15.7.2016 I deposited 60€ and received some bonus money. I succesfuly cleared wagering requirements and followed their terms and conditions. Managed to withdraw 295,47€... So this withdrawal has been made 15.7.2016, almost 2 months ago and its still in "Waiting" condition... I've tried getting in contact via email addresses and livechat to no avail.

Want the Deposit Bonus Removed, but no Chat or Email support

I depositer 150 EUR and they give me a 75 EU bonus. I dont want it. The live chat didnt respond in 2 days and no email answer. No one exist on that Casino DEAD.

AskGamblers Exclusive bonus not given

Hi, signed up to this casino because of the exclusive bonus I seen on ASKGAMBLERS site, the 150% and 50 free spins on wild rockets, made my first deposit but only received a 100% bonus on my deposit, nor did I get the free spins. Contacted live chat, sent a message to them on live chat, waited 20 minutes, no response, I then emailed them, no response from that either. This casino is a joke. Does not honour their promotions and customer service is non-existing

Waiting over a month for €1200, no reply from support

Back at the beginning of June I made a withdrawal request for €1200. Over a month later, that cashout still hasn't been processed. I've tried getting in contact via email addresses and livechat to no avail.

Withdrawal request declined, no reply afterwards

I registered to Almighty Vikings Casino on 11th of June. I took their first deposit bonus and deposited 50eur so I got total of 100 eur to play with. I played throught their wagering requirement and ended up with 300eur. I tried to withdraw the money and I noticed that the bonus terms said that I couldn't withdraw the initial bonus money (which is ok since it's said in the T&C). So I withdraw exactly 249,32 EUR instead. I got a confirmation that the withdrawal request was created and the same day (14th of June) I got a request to submit documents. I sent the documents in the same day as well and it says on my profile that I'm "Fully registered". Then two days later I got a reply that said "Withdrawal request declined. Please contact our support for reasons behind the decline.". After that day I have tried the live chat on their site many times. Nobody has replied me ever. I have also sent emails to every address on their site and I haven't got a single reply. It's already been almost a month now and I have no clue what to do now or how to get my money since nobody is talking to me on that end. Please help. Thank you.

Not going pay out, stating unjustified bonus terms violation

Hi, I played through one of their promos, managed to win a bit under 2000, and they refused to pay citing maximum bet violation. "The maximum wager/bet a player can make with any of the four welcome bonuses is limited to 6 €/$/£ units for slot games and 10€/$/£ for table games." I was betting 6€ at most with the welcome bonus. I was on one occasion beting 10€with the monthly bonus, which is their allowed amount. I have the screenshot of those terms. I think I have not violated any bet sizes (which in their first email about this issue they claimed I did). They are not sending me my playing history. I requested that three times now in order to clear it all up. I still did not receive it, and it's been weeks now. They might have, possibly, gotten confused along the way as they invited me to several different promos with different betsize limits, but in all cases I adhered to whichever one was active at the time. A simple careful check of my playhistory - provided they want to do one - would be enough to confirm all that.

Unjustified accusation of breaching a bonus term

Hi people at Askgamblers, Almightyvikings has confiscated 1.350 Euro, claiming i violated the max bet rule. This is not an ordinary max bet rule confusion, I was very aware of the rule (i learned the hard way and lost 2.400 euro in the past on another Casino due to this). On almightyvikings I played only 3 euro bets on slots until two factors was fulfilled: I was able to make a withdrawal. AND when checking the remaining balance, there was no difference between balance and amount possible to withdraw. Confident i was finished with redeeming i raised bets, and the Casino confiscated my winnings. The Casino has confirmed to me on email that the first bet made over the max bet rule was made after i made my first successful withdrawal request. On the basis on this I have then asked to reevaluate their decision on confiscation the funds, and reminded them politely twice, without recieving any answer. I will try to be polite in all my communication around thius issue, but not even getting a reply is not contributing to a friendly solution to this issue. I have collected all emailcorrespondance in a Word document, but it seems i can only upload images? Please let me know if I can send you the documentation on email or upload in some way. Stalling and re-stalling on issue of payment

I made a withdrawal and the casino has used certain techniques to delay payment including ID verification issues, ID was only requested after days of telling me I would be paid tomorrow or very soon until the end of the week came then that operator said it will be next week. Then they changed to we need your documents and eventually conceded they had them and the Financial Department has verified them and informed me again I would be paid very soon. Then when I asked the next week they denied ever receiving the documents even though I showed them the previous conversation where other operators had said my documents had been verified, so I sent them again and eventually the latest operator had to concede they had my documents and they had been verified. The operator apologized for me having to send my documents via email many, many times and said that she would personally 'push' the payment through herself (which is curious since today's operator claims that they have absolutely NO contact with the payments or financial department what so ever!). So now the latest stance from the operators is send an email and I can forward it to the payments section, which is ridiculous and clearly more silly stalling techniques and I believe this casino will only pay out withdrawals when they have exhausted every imaginable stalling technique.
