Banned account, unjustified fraud player accusations


Hello guys,

I was accused for being a fraud player.

Here are the facts.
Deposited 4 times to casino, around 600€ total.

4th time I hit 2515 € and after long wagering and playing few slots made a withdraw on 1. February.
Its been over a month, first they asked me for documents and at first everything was Ok.

Than one day I received only deposited amount without any winnings.
Winnings were taken from me.

They told me on chat that I am fraud player and thats all I could get from them.

I really do not know, what I did wrong and what kind of "fraud play" I made.

It is impossible to get any answer from them on chat or email, so I hope they will be more cooperative here on askgamblers.
