Kings Chance Casino - Account locked/refusal to refund

I opened a new account at Kings Chance after being sent a bonus offer. I made my deposit and won and when I tried to collect my winnings, I was locked out of my account. When I contacted the casino, I was told that the account was being investigated. After over a month of being locked out with no resolution, I demanded my initial deposit returned. The casino agreed and was to issue the deposit refund over 2 weeks ago, yet I still have not received my refund. To date, I have yet to receive any resolution on the lock out of my account or refund of my initial deposit.

The relating account held by user 'gabygump' was locked due to ChargeBack history. Therefore an immediate response was undertaken to refund all deposits made at Kings Chance.

We have executed a full refund to the associated credit card. Expectancy of the refund is in due course however,we are unable to determine an accurate time frame.

Despite Kings Chance's claims that my money has been refunded, it has not. They fail to state when they sent the refund or the amount of the refund. This is just a gambit to keep my winnings and cheat me out of my deposit.

One deposit of $50 was made. As such, $50 was refunded to the associated credit card.

As the related deposit amount is unknown, we highly recommend that gabygump review the credit card statement for any credits of $50 which may have been received during the past 2 weeks.

On our end we will retrieve the proof of refund from our bank.

I have checked my bank account for the refund for the past 30 days and it has yet to be received. Kings Chance needs to provide proof of the refund.

This is not proof that the refund was issued, it is just a bunch of numbers. I have checked my bank account daily and the money has not been refunded.

No, the refund still has not been issued and they have yet to provide me with actual proof that the refund has been sent.
