Account locked/refusal to refund
I opened a new account at Kings Chance after being sent a bonus offer. I made my deposit and won and when I tried to collect my winnings, I was locked out of my account. When I contacted the casino, I was told that the account was being investigated. After over a month of being locked out with no resolution, I demanded my initial deposit returned. The casino agreed and was to issue the deposit refund over 2 weeks ago, yet I still have not received my refund. To date, I have yet to receive any resolution on the lock out of my account or refund of my initial deposit.
