Grande Vegas Casino - Account closure without notice

I joined grande vegas since 10 november 2015
then I play slots with bonus aladins wishes no deposite $ 50 and I had won $ 250
I handed over some documents such as passports and holding ID .
without telling me they had closed my account ,
I panic , I contacted the casino support via email and they said:

Dear chux ,

Thank you for your email .

Your account 's details are held in a negative database , perhaps you have had some issues at another online merchant .
Due to this information we are Unable to allow an account to be held with your details.

I really do not understand them just close my account.

Please note as described in our earlier email, your account didn’t pass our internal security checks, therefore the account was closed.

This complaint is unresolved. We didn't get evidence from casino management why player's account didn't pass a security check.
We recommend to the player to seek further help with licence authority of Grande Vegas Casino.

Based on all the information we got, we can confirm that player failed passing the verification process which is a routine procedure applied after a withdrawal request is being initiated.

AskGamblers has zero tolerance against players trying to play unfair and acting in a manner which could be describe as fraudulent to say the least.
