Deposited money from my account. Won $700. Made a withdrawal request then was locked out of my account. Have had no correspondence back other than this email.

Yes, your account has been closed for risk reasons (which I'm unable to discuss publicly).

Question ? Why has it taken over a week to get any sort of response from your website ? Emails don't take 7 days to respond to ?

When was the withdrawal approved ? Its been over 10 days since the withdrawal request and i don't have the money ?
