Vegas Casino Online - Delaying my $5000 payment

I have requested a payout for 5000$ in 2 seperate forms. Direct mailed check and direct deposit. I have tried to contact the financial department via email and live chat without a response. The have no telephone listed. I have emailed all verification requested and received an email stating that they have verified all required information. I was told to contact the financial department. So i did, but no one will respond

We received the payout request by email on May 13. The player also chatted with our support team at 10:12 AM on the same day and it was agreed that the payments would go out next week. The player provided the necessary banking information on May 14. This matter should be resolved.

My payout for ACH is still being listed as requested, and the other payout is listed as in progress. Each is for 2500. I have finally been able to contact the financial department but have not been paid anything as of today.

Our Finance Dept emailed you a few days ago and you should have your first payment for 2500 in hand. You have stated above you have contacted Finance in the past so please direct any questions regarding your payouts to that Dept directly. We will not be responding to any further postings on this matter in this forum. Thank you
