I got an email saying I have 50 free spins no deposit needed . I log into the game a I had no 50 free spins . I went onto Gday casino live chat to ask about it one person said yes I do have 50 free spins with no deposit it would automatically come up . So I went log off then loged back on and still no free spins I went back to live chat spoke to a different person . The said send them a photo of it were it said 50 free spins with no deposit so I sent them a photo were it said I did have 50free spins no deposit needed . And she said no sorry you do not get 50 free spins . Could someone please look in to it for me . Please Thankyou .

We've looked into this issue and there seems to have been a misunderstanding. Customer support was expecting you to forward them the email with the 50 free spins no deposit offer you mentioned. Instead they received a screenshot of the welcome offer on our website from you.

Since you already received 50 free spins on Southpark Reel Chaos after signing up on February 9th 2016, customer support didn't credit your account with another 50 free spins. Reason for this is that the 50 free spins welcome offer on Gday can only be claimed once when you sign up. In your case, you received 50 free spins on Southpark Reel Chaos already. The fact that our welcome offer is changed doesn't mean you qualify for the new welcome bonus.

Could you please forward the email you received with the free spins offer (either pm me on askgamblers or send it to gday support team), then we can determine further action based on that email.
