I am owed 26,500 from vegas casino online. I requested my payout a few days ago and have been trying to contact the finance department only to be ignored. They do not have a phone contact so I can not get in touch with them. I have emailed the finance department 3 times and tried to start an online chat with the finance department a few times each day without any luck. I recently experienced the same issue and until I filed a complaint with askgamblers.com I wasn't able to contact them. Once I did, the finance department was receptive, and I received my payout in a timely manner (2 weeks). Because my payout is so large and the maximum request is 2500$ for mailed Checks, I already assumed this payout would take some time, as there will need to be 10 plus checks mailed. My fear is that this process will take much longer without your help, as I have recently experienced, they will not reply until a complaint is submitted. Therefore I'm submitting this compmaint. They have all of my verification and bank information as I have recently received a deposit.
