Vegas Casino Online - Troubles withdrawing my $26,500 payment

I am owed 26,500 from vegas casino online. I requested my payout a few days ago and have been trying to contact the finance department only to be ignored. They do not have a phone contact so I can not get in touch with them. I have emailed the finance department 3 times and tried to start an online chat with the finance department a few times each day without any luck. I recently experienced the same issue and until I filed a complaint with I wasn't able to contact them. Once I did, the finance department was receptive, and I received my payout in a timely manner (2 weeks). Because my payout is so large and the maximum request is 2500$ for mailed Checks, I already assumed this payout would take some time, as there will need to be 10 plus checks mailed. My fear is that this process will take much longer without your help, as I have recently experienced, they will not reply until a complaint is submitted. Therefore I'm submitting this compmaint. They have all of my verification and bank information as I have recently received a deposit.

I have spoken with our Finance Dept. and despite what you have said here, they spoke with you yesterday on chat and explained in detail the process involved in getting your payment released as well as the limitations as posted on our site as to max withdrawals/week. We will not be posting any further response on this issue. Please continue to direct your inquiries to Finance.

Are you satisfied with casino's answer, can we close this complaint? Your winnings will be in installments for sure because casino's max. withdrawal is 2500 per week. Also you can always reopen this complaint if something went wrong.

Based on the casino's Terms and conditions max withdrawal is 2500 per week so player will get his money in installments. We consider this complaint resolved and closed. Also we recommend to the player that he can reopen his complaint any time if any problem occurs.
