I requested a amount of 2500.00 that I won 4/23/16.Prior to this I requested a withdrawal the same day and got a email stating that I have to submit form signed front and back of the credit card and any other card I used at there casino in the past.I sent in the forms in 4/25 and spoke with someone and was told that they never got any of my documents.So I sent it again that same day,after I got to speak with someone again for the second time I gotten no email from them stating that they received my requested info.So I once again refaxed my documents in but now this is the 4th time Im doing this again basically getting the back n fourth.It is 05/09 still no response at that I was the one calling them and wouldn't of found out they didn't get my information unless I called.Just terrible not a happy camper at all to tjink last year i won with them it didnt take that long for them to do this but this year
