Drake Casino - STILL waiting for payment

I withdrew $700 on 9/17...after the 12th business day (on oct 3) I contacted the payouts dept because I haven't received it...I was told they would initiate a wire trace and let me know when they hear from their broker because it should have been sent by now...near the end of the day i still haven't heard anything so I emailed again asking if they could give me any kind of time frame...again I was only told they would update me when they hear from the broker. 10/6/14 I STILL have not been contacted, so I email 3 more times...now they aren't getting back to me at all! How long could it take to get a hold of the "broker" and why can't they tell me what's going on at all? Idk if the wire was ever sent, sent wrong or what...I know they have my correct info bc I have received a payout before...not sure what's going on with this casino, they sure have no problem taking the money I deposit.

I'm very sorry for the delay in contacting you to get the details of the trace. I see from your account notes that we did request the wire on October 3rd. I will follow up with the payouts manager this morning to find out the status of the trace and expedite the wire once we figure out the reason it has been delayed.

Thank you, I've checked my bank account and the payment is finally coming through. I have been playing with Drake Casino for a very long time, I was not so concerned about whether or not I would receive a payment because I have always received my payments in the past. My issue is with the customer service. I wasn't told anything other than they would check and get back with me...and then they simply decided to ignore my emails for 2 more days. I understand the wire takes time, I have always been patient with the 12 day period to receive my withdrawal. However after the 12 business days have passed and I still have not received the money, I should not be treated like my questions regarding it are a burden.
