Dear all,

Before 7 months i won 2600 euro and when i did the withdrawal they closed my account and they will not pay me because they told me that i had 2 accounts, but the other one is for my GF, they promised me to pay me the amount after 6 months that is mean on 08.12.2013,i send them many emails and they reply with the below:

(( Dear Sir,

due to some violation of our terms and conditions and suspicious deposits we had to keep your unrightfully earned winnings.

Your deposits were paid out excluding a cancellation fee of €4,-. You are not allowed to use our platform anymore.

We kindly ask for your understanding.

This complaint has been reopened due to the declared willingness on behalf of Star Games Casino management to do everything within their power to solve their old complaints. AskGamblers Complaints Team is happy to give these old cases one more chance for a successful resolution.

Hi hamo0014,

The reason why you were blocked form our site was due to a serious breach in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) (please see: D. Conditions of participation and G. Misconduct). Your deposited amount was refunded to you upon closure of your account, winnings were kept.

Proof of the above has been provided to AskGamblers.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with valid evidence on behalf the management of Star Games Casino where it is clearly displayed that player had opened more than one account. Player by these actions violated general casino term #D.2
