Slots Jungle Casino continues not to pay after more than 9 months!

Today I can't log in to my account in Slots Jungle Casino. I asked what happened on live chat and he said my account has been closed due to security reasons. I registered here on 13 June. I sent my documents, faxback form, personal ID, utility bill on 19 June. One week later Jonathan Myfair from Finance Department sent me an email and asked me to send a new utility bill and a picture of me holding my ID near my face. I did it and sent it on 27 June. I haven't got any reply. Today I realized that I can't log in. I can send all my docs to Askgamblers too for checking. In the same time I can't log in some other casino where my faxback form and my account was approved earlier (Jackpotgrand Casino and Onbling Casino). And I have $1000 in SlotsJungle, I can't reach it. It is very shocking and I can't imagine how is it possible without telling me if there is a problem. Please help me solve this problem. Thanks!

I have deposited around $2000 to SlotsJungle since February. I won $5000 in April. My first four withdrawals were approved within 4 business days as stated in email from Finance Department. They paid me $500 per week. I got VIP staus three weeks ago, but I can't see positive things. Instead negative. Earlier after 4 business days of my withdrawal request my money was sent. In May I had to wait two weeks for my last payment, and my current withdrawal is pending since 20 May. In VIP message they mentioned faster withdrawals. I am very diasappointed. I have wagered very large amount, place big bets, I don't understand why this situation comes. I think after they paid me my total deposit amount they don't want to pay me the rest of my winning. I wrote an email to my VIP manager and asked help, there is no response.

I deposited on 09.06.2014 to the casino. I played till I got a high balance and no wager req. I had 1850$. I requested a withdrawal on 01.07.2014. In 6 days 500$ arrived. Then I requested the second part. They wrote me a letter saying they need 90 business days to process my request. I did not understand why they need this when they payed me already the first part... I said OK, and I waited. I received no email stating if they found any problems or whatsoever, so I requested the withdrawal on 10.03.2015. For this they replied the following: Please kindly note that we could not approve your last withdrawal request since your activity in our casino recently has drastically decreased. In order to withdraw further winnings you should play more in our casino. Now I am getting nervous. First they say I should wait 90 business days. Then when I waited and would like to withdraw they say that I should have played more! If they gave me my winnings I would play more, but they told me to wait. Please help me to get my money, because I do not know what to do next. Thank you

It has been a year since I won $11,105 on April 4, 2014. Slots Jungle had a glitch with their system and first told me my winnings were not legitimate. On further review they confirmed that was not the case and began giving me my withdrawals. Then on 10/13/14 an email was sent that they were going to review my account for 90 days. I waited the 90 days and never heard from them, so I requested another withdrawal which was declined since I hadn't played for awhile. So in January I did play and won additional money. They still won't pay me. I have a balance of $7497. I sent an email to Johnny at Slots Jungle on 2/24/15. His response was that I play there more often. Why should I play when I have not received my winnings.

I made a withdrawal on 20 March, and it was approved on 28 March, I received that email: Dear xxxx, Let me be the first to congratulate you on your winnings! I’m happy to report that your withdrawal request has been authorized and $125.00 has been sent to the Neteller information you provided on the faxback form you sent in. ... But I haven't got this money. I sent three emails to Finance Department, they said it was under checking why this happened. Three weeks has gone and nothing happened. Earlier I made a withdrawal successfully, when I got that email about approving I received the money immediatly. Please help me to solve this problem.

After waiting 3 weeks for my account to be verified I finally receive an email congratulating me on my winnings. I requested a withdrawal of $1300. I then read further down the email to find that they are only going to pay $150 which I will have to wait for another 5 business days for. I then get told over the phone that it's in their terms and conditions that they can pay in instalments and that my account was now inactive and that I would need to deposit more funds in order to make another withdrawal request. This is ludicrous. Why would i deposit more money? I haven't received any of my winnings from my first withdrawal. How do I know they are going to pay? I read their t and c's and it states that they will pay instalments up to $3000 so why only pay $150? It doesn't say anything about having to deposit more money in order to receive any winnings. I find this policy absurd and believe this is a delaying tactic. I can understand if you win a huge jackpot but not $1300. I was so pleased to have actually won something and this experience has totally made me so unhappy. I sent a couple of emails to the finance team and to customer support over a week ago and not one reply. I am a very unhappy customer.

Dear Support, I won $2232 in May 2014, and received only $1500 before my account was chosen for security checking in June 2014. My withdrawals have been declined since then. I played at SlotsJungle and won $1738 there with BlackJack. I wanted to withdrawal and recieved my first $500 instalment. My next withdrawal has been declined with a reason "Your account will be reviewed and it takes 90 business days". So they easily payed me $500 but suddenly my account has to be reviewed. When I asked the support about that, he said" I can play further on the site and still can deposite" OFC I can deposit and play, all I can't is withdraw my money what I won and what I want to spend.... I can't say with words how much ridiculous is it... It clearly seems they just dont want to pay me out, and for some reason they try to delay my withdraw (maybe I lose my money to them) but right now I'm happy with that I won money and I want to spend it what they clearly dont let me... I really dont think I should wait like 6 months to get my money (due to Friday is not business day) Please help

After a lengthy process to get my final $500 installment from Slots Jungle just a week ago, I thought my issues with this casino wee resolved. My account rep was able to persuade the finance department to lift the "account review" status of my account by me essentially giving back $500 of my remaining balance owed by playing down the balance and by making a small deposit. I guess their crooked strategy backfired because I made a $35 deposit and won $700. I had a pending withdrawal submitted on 12-20-14 and as my Christmas present, it was declined on 12-25-14. I resubmitted to withdrawal on 12-25 and sent the following email to my account rep:

"My withdrawal for $765 was declined. I thought we had this issue resolved. I did make a deposit while my withdrawal was pending to help ensure this from happening again. So after all that time of not being able to get my $1000 withdrawal, playing down my $1000 balance to $500 and then making another deposit, they are again denying my withdrawal. I am opening another ticket with askgamblems.com. Please look into this. I don't have time to coddle your site and their strange rules. There are many sites to play on. My years of dedication to Slots Jungle is being rewarded with headaches. Not happy."

I registered in Slotsjunle in October, sent my documents. They accepted them and my account was verified. Meanwhile I deposited and played, finally I won $3500. They paid me $500 four times. The last installment was sent last Monday. One day later I tried to log in, I got the following error message: You are not allowed to log in, call customer service. I asked support via live chat what happened. They said my account was closed due to security reason, but there is no more information. I wrote an email to support, here is the answer: "I'm sorry, your account has been closed on a decision from higher management. Unfortunately I don’t have any more information to share with you. Please be aware that we do not release internal security data to customers for a variety of reasons, including that providing this information could compromise future security." This is totally unacceptable, they don't tell me why my accounts were closed. I asked them which point of T&C was violated (I think nothing), but nobody answered me. I can not withdraw my remaining $1500. They stole it.
