Withdraw submitted April 14th 2021 amount of withdraw $1211.60.

I have been receiving the run around from their customer service team for nearly a month but they still have not approved my payout. It's not a document verification issue because I have submitted withdrawal requests before and received my payouts after verifying the appropriate documents.
They simply will not approve payouts nor will they tell me why or when it will happen I am tired of their escalation song-and-dance which never amounts to anything they apologise profusely.
And still provide no useful information please help mediate a solution with this casino to pay their obligations once and for all.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
