This has been going for months as I only get a response every 2 weeks. I was spinning $2 and hit the bonus feature and it was treated like I played $1. Upon discussing it with the provider I was told it was nominal figure as in the bonus number was always 1. Well to dispute that I did .20 spins at which time I was told the bet dictated the figure. When I asked why the contradiction it was said well until you reach 1 it was that way. I asked what is the benefit for doing $2 and did not receive a response. Please help me as I have been trying since April.
