Delaying payments worth 1300 euro!


Dear Sirs,
it would be great if I can get your help regarding a delayed payment from FenixCasino.
The situation is as follows:

Since 9.7.2015, I have 2 "waiting withdrawals" the first 800 EUR and the 2nd 500 EUR. I wrote a lot of EMails for suppor­t@f­eni­xca­sin­o.com and cashie­r@f­eni­xca­sin­o.com but I have got no answer yet.
The Chat-Support told me "You will be paid for sure, tomorrow, tomorrow, beginning of next week" and so on.
I asked yesterday morning again when I can get the payment to my Neteller account - no answer, they told me in the Chat: "We didn´t get any answer from our finance Department, yet"

It would be great if you could help me in this case.

Fenix Casino does not credit my funds from Casino-For-Me account
I discovered Casino-For-Me from Askgamblers newsletters. I have created an account at casino-for-me on 08.08.2014 then made a deposit of 400 euro and got a welcome bonus of 800 euro. I played slots and I was lucky I won a big sum. I completly fulfilled the wagering requirements for that bonus and my balanse was 12,009.55 euro. 15.08.2014 I requested a withdrawal of 1600 euro but I never received. Since october 2014 the address line of the Casino-for-Me automaticly started transfers me to fenixcasino web-site. In live chat I was said that I need to create an account at fenixcasino and after that they whould restore my balance. 27.10.2014 I created an account at Fenix Casino and sent all requested documents. It had been 3 months since I created an account at Fenix and asked for funds transfer they did not answered for my emails. 26.01.2015 they said that the records show that the sum in question is 10,409.55 euro and before continuing with the process of transferring the funds they need my agreement that this is the correct amount. I tried to explain them that I requested a withdrawal of 1600 euro but never received it so total amount is 12,009.55 euro. Then after one month they sent me this email: 18.02.2015 Dear Mr. XXXXXX, thank you for your email, we apologize for the late reply. We have waited for the funds that were supposed to be transfered to Fenix Casino, however as the situation stands with communication with Casino for Me management, it seems that we will never receive them, therefore we unfortunately could not make the transfer. We do understand that this is a very unpleasant situation and would advise your to seek more information at Casino for Me management, as they would be the best address to answer all your questions and concerns.
