What you are going to read is a complaint against Paddy Power casino.
About six weeks back, I made a deposit of roughly 1000 GBP into the casino in question. With some luck, I turned the deposit into 6000 GBP. No bonus was involved. Soon after, I requested a withdrawal to my skrill(moneybookers) account, which was swiftly processed. So far so good.
Then things turned ugly. The next day, I found that both my skrill and paddy account are locked. After contacting both parties, I was told that my account is being investigated. Stating that my account has passed the audit, skrill has reopened my account about three weeks later. Upon logging in, I discovered that the money from paddy are gone. Paddy charged them back without my knowledge.
At that point (three weeks ago), I tried to contacted Paddy to figure what is going on. The support representative told me that the relevant department is on vacation (?) and that they will get to me later. They never did even though I urged them several times.
To me, the story seems surreal. Paddy is one of the best companies in business and I would expect far more than this from them.
