Loco Panda Casino - Giving me the run around and refusing to pay

I have had an account with Loco Panda since 2012, they paid me a couple of times and I thought the only drawback with this casino was the pending period of 10 business days for cashouts, but I was wrong.

I played on 11 September 2014 and won about $700, then requested a cashout. After 10 days I got an email from them saying my account is under a security check for 60 business days.

I have patiently waited well over 60 business days and they kept rejecting the cashout even after this period and still not a single word from their finance team about my case. Been numerous times on their live chat and the support seems very friendly but useless.

Stay away from this casino. I hope one day all rogue sites like Loco Panda go bankrupt.

Hi there,

Unfortunately no updates. They told me that a player from UK had a similar case, but the player continued to deposit and play and eventually they paid him. Loco Panda casino is trying everything to make me play my winnings, but this will never happen.
