Pamper Casino - Payment is being delayed for ages

I had a bonus for Betsoft sitting in Pamper Casino for quite awhile. I finally used it and went through the playthrough. It stated I was using real money at that point and I had left the bonus section and was routed to the real money section. I won $615. I asked for a withdrawal for it. They wanted documentation which I scanned and sent them. It has been a good month and still no payment. I tried calling and was told it was being handled. Nothing. I tried email and only got back a standard letter saying I'll be contacted, yet I'm not contacted. Not by phone or email. That amount has been sitting in my balance for quite some time. I'd like to know what's up with this?

Nothing on my complaint to date. The $615 is still just sitting there in the balance at the top of the page. No emails yet. Thank you.
